主軸機床主軸指的是機床帶動加工零件或刀具運作的軸，主軸是加工機床的核心結(jié)構(gòu)，大部分加工表面的精度與主軸有關(guān)，主軸在加工過程中起到關(guān)重要的作用。由于采用調(diào)速電機，數(shù)控機床主軸箱的結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡單，容易出現(xiàn)故障的零件是主軸內(nèi)部的自動夾緊機構(gòu)和自動調(diào)速裝置。

1、主軸發(fā)熱，主軸無法運作或者卡頓現(xiàn)象

1. The spindle is hot, unable to operate or stuck

（1）主軸承載壓力過大，導(dǎo)致主軸摩擦增大，產(chǎn)熱多，磨損主軸。可減小主軸承載力，減小摩擦。

(1) Excessive bearing pressure on the spindle leads to increased friction, increased heat generation, and wear of the spindle. It can reduce the bearing capacity of the main shaft and reduce friction.

（2）主軸潤滑油有雜質(zhì)，雜質(zhì)顆粒增大摩擦，導(dǎo)致主軸產(chǎn)熱過大?？梢圆潦弥鬏S換潔凈潤滑油。

(2) The spindle lubricating oil contains impurities, which increase friction and cause excessive heat production of the spindle. You can wipe the spindle and replace it with clean lubricating oil.

2、主軸開啟運作后立即停止運作

2. Immediately stop the operation after the spindle is turned on

（1）皮帶轉(zhuǎn)動斷裂或者掛空擋。在機床運作之前檢查，對久置的機床定期檢查。

(1) Belt rotation breaks or shifts to neutral. Inspect the machine tool before operation and regularly inspect the machine tool that has been in use for a long time.

（2）接觸不良，檢查電路線頭接觸是否良好。

(2) Poor contact, check if the circuit terminals are in good contact.

（3）主軸電機短路，查找短路原因，使繼電熱器復(fù)位。

3、主軸強力切削時停轉(zhuǎn)

（1）主軸與傳送帶連接過松，可以通過調(diào)節(jié)張力。

（2）傳送帶表面有油導(dǎo)致傳送帶過滑，可以在啟動機床運作前檢查擦拭傳送帶，保持整潔。

(2) There is oil on the surface of the conveyor belt, which causes it to become too slippery. You can check and wipe the conveyor belt before starting the machine to keep it clean.

4、主軸工作時噪聲過大

（1）主軸內(nèi)部組件松動或者位置偏移，可以通過對主軸內(nèi)部組件的調(diào)試加測，重新運作。

(1) If the internal components of the spindle are loose or the position is offset, they can be debugged and tested to operate again.

（2）主軸傳動齒輪磨損，需要及時維修、更換，恢復(fù)正常運作。

(2) The main shaft drive gear is worn and needs to be repaired and replaced in time to restore normal operation.

5、加工刀具運行夾緊以后，無法松開。

（1）液壓缸壓力不夠，可以通過調(diào)整液壓缸壓力和改變行程開關(guān)位置。

（2）組件彈簧過緊，可以通過調(diào)節(jié)彈簧松緊，保證主軸正常運作。
