滾珠絲杠副間隙的調整方法有哪些?

滾珠絲杠副間隙調整有以下三種方法:

一、墊片調隙法
1、 Gasket clearance adjustment method
這種方法通常是利用螺釘,通過連接滾珠絲杠副兩個螺母的凸緣,同時在凸緣之間添加墊片來調整。添加的墊片的厚度能夠讓螺母產(chǎn)生軸向位移,從而達到間隙和產(chǎn)生預緊拉力的作用。墊片調隙法的特點是結構簡單、可靠性高、剛度高以及裝卸方便。但是有利也有弊,這種方法耗時,而且一旦調整好之后在滾珠絲杠工作時不能再隨意調整,如果想要滾珠絲杠副的間隙再變化,那么則想要更換不同厚度的墊片來進行。

二、螺紋調隙法

螺紋是這樣產(chǎn)生的,其中一個螺母的外端有緣而另一個螺母的外端沒有凸緣而制成螺紋,當它伸出套筒外時,用兩個圓螺母將之固定住,然后旋轉螺母,即可間隙,并產(chǎn)生預拉緊力。
The thread is produced in such a way that the outer end of one nut has a flange, while the outer end of the other nut has no flange. When it extends out of the sleeve, it is fixed with two round nuts, and then the nut is rotated to eliminate the gap and generate the pretension force.
三、齒差調隙法
3、 Tooth difference adjustment method
在兩個螺母的凸緣上各自制圓柱齒輪,兩個齒輪相差一個齒,然后裝入內齒圈中,內齒圈用螺釘或者定位銷固定在套筒上。調整滾珠絲杠間隙時,先取下兩端的內齒圈,當兩個滾珠螺母相對于套筒同方向轉動相同齒數(shù)時,一個滾珠螺母對另一個滾珠螺母產(chǎn)生相對角位移,從而使得滾珠絲杠螺母對于滾珠絲杠的螺旋滾道發(fā)生相對位移,達到間隙并施加預緊拉力的目的。
