這種方法通常是利用螺釘，通過(guò)連接滾珠絲杠副兩個(gè)螺母的凸緣，同時(shí)在凸緣之間添加墊片來(lái)調(diào)整。添加的墊片的厚度能夠讓螺母產(chǎn)生軸向位移，從而達(dá)到間隙和產(chǎn)生預(yù)緊拉力的作用。墊片調(diào)隙法的特點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、可靠性高、剛度高以及裝卸方便。但是有利也有弊，這種方法耗時(shí)，而且一旦調(diào)整好之后在滾珠絲杠工作時(shí)不能再隨意調(diào)整，如果想要滾珠絲杠副的間隙再變化，那么則想要更換不同厚度的墊片來(lái)進(jìn)行。

The characteristics of the gasket clearance adjustment method are simple structure, high reliability, high stiffness and easy handling. But there are advantages and disadvantages, this method is time-consuming, and once adjusted, it can not be adjusted at will when the ball screw is working. If you want to change the clearance of the ball screw pair, you want to replace the gasket with different thickness.

螺紋是這樣產(chǎn)生的，其中一個(gè)螺母的外端有緣而另一個(gè)螺母的外端沒(méi)有凸緣而制成螺紋，當(dāng)它伸出套筒外時(shí)，用兩個(gè)圓螺母將之固定住，然后旋轉(zhuǎn)螺母，即可間隙，并產(chǎn)生預(yù)拉緊力。

The thread is produced in such a way that the outer end of one nut has a flange, while the outer end of the other nut has no flange. When it extends out of the sleeve, it is fixed with two round nuts, and then the nut is rotated to eliminate the gap and generate the pretension force.

三、齒差調(diào)隙法

在兩個(gè)螺母的凸緣上各自制圓柱齒輪，兩個(gè)齒輪相差一個(gè)齒，然后裝入內(nèi)齒圈中，內(nèi)齒圈用螺釘或者定位銷固定在套筒上。調(diào)整滾珠絲杠間隙時(shí)，先取下兩端的內(nèi)齒圈，當(dāng)兩個(gè)滾珠螺母相對(duì)于套筒同方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)相同齒數(shù)時(shí)，一個(gè)滾珠螺母對(duì)另一個(gè)滾珠螺母產(chǎn)生相對(duì)角位移，從而使得滾珠絲杠螺母對(duì)于滾珠絲杠的螺旋滾道發(fā)生相對(duì)位移，達(dá)到間隙并施加預(yù)緊拉力的目的。

On the flange of the two nuts, cylindrical gears are made by ourselves. The two gears differ by one tooth, and then they are installed into the inner ring gear, which is fixed on the sleeve with screws or locating pins. When adjusting the clearance of the ball screw, first remove the inner gear ring at both ends. When the two ball nuts rotate the same number of teeth in the same direction relative to the sleeve, one ball nut produces relative angular displacement to the other ball nut, so that the ball screw nut produces relative displacement to the spiral raceway of the ball screw, so as to eliminate the clearance and apply the preloading force.
