Linear guide rail and linear module are the key transmission components in today's automation equipment. The stability of performance directly affects the operation of the equipment, and the noise analysis in the process of movement is also something we must understand. Today, we will analyze with you which conditions are easy to cause noise.

1、由于不同的設(shè)備的預(yù)壓也不同，當(dāng)預(yù)壓不同就會出現(xiàn)噪音。所謂的預(yù)壓，就是指直線導(dǎo)軌滑塊翻滾體在軌跡上的預(yù)緊力，也叫配合度。直線導(dǎo)軌滑塊預(yù)壓等級分為輕預(yù)壓，中預(yù)壓，中預(yù)壓，超重預(yù)壓。不同預(yù)壓方式的選用條件如下：

1. Due to the different preloading of different equipment, noise will appear when the preloading is different. The so-called preloading refers to the preload of the rolling body of the linear guide slider on the track, also known as the degree of fit. The preloading grade of linear guide slider is divided into light preloading, medium preloading, medium preloading and overweight preloading. The selection conditions of different preloading methods are as follows:

輕預(yù)壓：適用于負(fù)荷方向必定，轟動，沖擊力小，2軸并排使用的設(shè)備。精度請求不高，單請求滑動阻力小的設(shè)備。比如：射束焊接機(jī)械，裝訂機(jī)械，主動包裝機(jī)，通常工業(yè)機(jī)械的XY軸，主動門窗加工機(jī)，焊接機(jī)等；

It is suitable for small preload, side by side impact of equipment. The precision request is not high, and the single request sliding resistance is small. For example: beam welding machine, binding machine, active packaging machine, XY axis of industrial machinery, active door and window processing machine, welding machine, etc;

中預(yù)壓：有懸臂負(fù)荷或力矩作用的設(shè)備，單軸使用的設(shè)備，輕負(fù)荷且請求高精度的設(shè)備。比如，磨床作業(yè)臺進(jìn)給軸，主動涂裝機(jī)，工業(yè)機(jī)械人，測量器，精細(xì)XY渠道等；

Medium preloading: equipment with cantilever load or moment, equipment with single shaft, equipment with light load and high precision. For example, grinder table, feed shaft, active coating machine, industrial robot, measuring device, fine XY channel, etc;

重預(yù)壓：請求高剛性，轟動沖擊力大的設(shè)備，高負(fù)荷重切削的機(jī)床。比如：機(jī)械加工基地，NC車床，磨床的砂輪進(jìn)給軸，刀具導(dǎo)向部等。

Heavy preloading: high rigidity, high impact equipment, high load cutting machine. For example: machining base, NC lathe, grinding wheel feed shaft of grinder, tool guide part, etc.

超重預(yù)壓：請求更高的剛性，轟動沖擊力很大，比如：作業(yè)機(jī)械的Z軸以及重預(yù)壓適用機(jī)械。

Overweight preloading: it requires higher rigidity and great impact, such as z-axis of operation machinery and applicable machinery of heavy preloading.

2、在塵埃大的環(huán)境下出現(xiàn)直線導(dǎo)軌的噪音狀況;在這種狀況下，可以挑選帶防塵裝備的滑塊同時(shí)增加設(shè)備的防塵措施，比如風(fēng)琴罩防護(hù)

2. In the dusty environment, the noise of linear guide rail appears; in this case, you can choose the slider with dust-proof equipment, and increase the dust-proof measures of equipment, such as organ cover protection

3、油脂不同也會產(chǎn)生噪音;一些客戶由于考慮到機(jī)臺加油不方便，便使用高強(qiáng)度油脂，粘性格外大，形成翻滾體摩擦變大，使得噪音加大，或許有的設(shè)備廠商加油不勤快，也會使得噪音加大，這么的話，也會降低設(shè)備的使用壽限。

3. Different oils and fats also produce noise. Some customers use high-strength oils and fats because it is inconvenient to refuel the machine. The viscosity is especially large, and the friction of the rolling body becomes larger, which increases the noise. Maybe some equipment manufacturers are not diligent in refuelling, which also increases the noise. In this way, the service life of the equipment will be reduced.

4、選型不正確；一些設(shè)備負(fù)載很輕，但是由于許多客戶不會核算其動負(fù)載，覺得選大不選小，致使其輕負(fù)載大導(dǎo)軌，肯定也會使得噪音加大，電機(jī)超負(fù)載運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，致使其壽限變短，建議客戶在采購選型之前使用工業(yè)計(jì)算器選型或者詢問技術(shù)工程師。

4. Incorrect selection; some equipment load is very light, but because many customers can't calculate its dynamic load, they think that choosing large load or not choosing small one will lead to its light load and large guide rail, which will certainly increase the noise, overload operation of motor, and shorten its service life. It is suggested that customers use industrial calculator to select type or ask technical engineers before purchasing type selection.
