導(dǎo)軌絲杠作用是什么?

由于該絲杠為單件生產(chǎn),要求較高,故加工工藝過(guò)程嚴(yán)格按照工序劃分階段的原則,將整個(gè)工藝過(guò)程分為五個(gè)階段:準(zhǔn)備和預(yù)先熱處理階段,粗加工階段,半精加工階段,精加工階段,終加工階段。

1、傳統(tǒng)的內(nèi)螺紋檢測(cè)都是用螺紋塞規(guī)、螺紋校對(duì)量規(guī)對(duì)中徑進(jìn)行綜合測(cè)量。也就是按照螺紋檢測(cè)的泰勒原則要求,用通規(guī)和止規(guī)分別控制螺紋的作用中徑和單一中徑不超過(guò)大、小實(shí)際邊界。但這種方法只能判斷螺紋是否合格,而給不出被測(cè)單一中徑和作用中徑的實(shí)際值,因此在內(nèi)螺紋的加工制造過(guò)程中,不易掌握具體尺寸導(dǎo)向,容易產(chǎn)生廢品。

Therefore, it is not easy to grasp the specific size guidance in the process of internal thread manufacturing, and it is easy to produce waste products.
2、為了保證螺紋工作環(huán)規(guī)的可靠性,生產(chǎn)中要配備好幾種校對(duì)量規(guī)對(duì)其校對(duì)。這對(duì)于生產(chǎn)批量不是很大,而品種規(guī)格多的螺紋件的生產(chǎn),是很不經(jīng)濟(jì)的。在這種情況下,用中徑量化法檢測(cè),取代螺紋校對(duì)規(guī)無(wú)疑是種好方法。特別是對(duì)于大尺寸的螺紋,更可以節(jié)省較貴的校對(duì)量規(guī),也更為有利。

4、對(duì)于某些軍工產(chǎn)品,其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求僅用螺紋量規(guī)檢測(cè)還不夠,必須用量化檢測(cè)方法對(duì)個(gè)參數(shù)進(jìn)行單項(xiàng)檢測(cè)。
